| Junior level would typically be enthusiastic applicants with knowledge of international education and strong communication skills. | Mid-level would typically have at least 3 years of experience dealing with international student agents and familiarity with MOHE/EMGS/Immigration requirements. | Senior level would typically be senior officers with established international networks, cross-cultural negotiation expertise, and leadership capacity. |
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Have a general understanding of IPTS processes and international student’s recruitment.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language will be an advantage
- Demonstrate an interpersonal skill with an ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently with general direction.
- Demonstrate a good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people in a clear and professional manner, with cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
