- Registered with the Board of Counsellor Malaysia (Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia) and possess a valid practising licence.
- Has knowledge and understanding of counselling principles, methods and techniques with the ability to apply the techniques when needed
- Good written and spoken communication skills, especially able to inform and advise others clearly.
- Having experience in counseling international student will be an added advantage.
